 Once again I have had some heart-rending experiences this last week. The first one was an older Hispanic man that needed help putting together a resume. He is 68 years old and still has to work to supplement the Social Security that he receives. He kept telling me that he couldn't believe that we did all this work to help people for free. While we were working on his resume, we started talking about his life. He told me that he had two sons but one was killed several years ago in an accident, and that he just couldn't get over it. He thinks about how much he misses his son every day, and that he is mad at God for taking him away from him. I asked him if he really felt that God purposely took his son, and after a few minutes he said no, but He could have prevented the accident from happening. We talked for quite some time about how all men have their agency to make choices and that God does not constantly control everything that we do.  He allows the natural processes of natur...

 Once again it has been too long since I posted last. We have been very busy as usual with our responsibilities at the Employment Center and English Connect. We have lost 6 of our Service Missionaries this month with their missions finishing up. We had a meeting with our agent Stake President last week to ask that he calls more missionaries to help us out at the Employment Center. We have a missionary couple that comes in on Mondays and another couple on Tuesdays. There is a single sister on Wednesday with us and two single sisters on Thursday. Our biggest problem is not having enough to help people online.  Hopefully, that will be solved in the near future. Velyn and I have been attending the Spanish Ward with Abelardo and his friend. We teach them English for 2 hours after Sacrament meeting. We also have a couple from our English Connect class that are coming as well.
